Maximum time (in seconds) required for solution program to run successfully.

Environment

• Download the Selenium Standalone Server
• Start the Selenium Standalone Server in node role. You can find the relevent docs here
• Download PhantomJS
• Make sure the directory containing the phantomjs executable is in the PATH.
